1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Autobiography website or purchasing a vehicle from Autobiography Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Vehicle Availability & Pricing

All vehicles listed on our website are subject to prior sale. Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without prior notice. A Proforma Invoice is valid for the period explicitly stated on the document (typically 7 days).

3. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a vehicle. Full payment or an agreed-upon financing arrangement must be completed before the vehicle is released. We accept Bank Transfers, M-Pesa, and Cashier's Cheques.

4. "As-Is" Condition

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written warranty agreement, all vehicles are sold on an "as inspected and approved" basis. We highly encourage independent mechanical inspections prior to purchase.
